Who is responsible, and where?
Controller identity, address, privacy contact and competent authority are defined per GCC market. No country is activated until its fields and local review are complete.
Data and purposes
Account, vehicle, order, care-case, message and security-evidence data are processed only as needed to provide services, secure accounts, meet obligations and prevent fraud.
Legal basis and sharing
A lawful basis is recorded for each purpose and country before production. Data is not sold and is shared only with approved providers or where required, with minimisation and country-specific cross-border transfer controls.
Retention and security
No unapproved period is asserted. The legal retention/deletion schedule is a production gate. Attachments remain disabled until retention approval and named scanner ownership.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability and withdraw consent without retroactive effect. Approved request and complaint channels will be supplied before production.
