Platform terms & legal notice
Clear, intelligible boundaries that do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Planned markets: Saudi Arabia · UAE · Kuwait · Qatar · Bahrain · Oman
QitaCar’s role
The platform supports search, comparison, communication and the care journey. The final allocation of contractual roles between seller and platform requires legal approval before production.
Parts information
Fitment, price and availability may change and must be verified before purchase and installation. A QR code or public reference is never proof of identity, authority or fitment.
Bounded disclaimer
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intent, injury or any liability that law does not permit to be excluded. Mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies remain intact. Any other limitation must be fair, proportionate and legally reviewed.
Acceptable use
Misusing accounts, public references or scanners, or attempting to access another person’s case, is prohibited. Sensitive actions are logged and least privilege applies.
Law and complaints
Governing law, forum, complaint and dispute-resolution routes are approved per GCC country before launch, beginning with Saudi Arabia, and may not remove mandatory protection in the consumer’s market.
